Nina C. Lenz

of Hartford passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the age of 76 years.  She was born on December 8, 1940 in Crystal Falls, Michigan, the daughter of Melvin and Sigrid (nee Impola) Ball.  Nina was a retired bank teller from US Bank, where she worked for over 30 years.  The bank changed corporate names several times during those years.  She was very active in the American Auxiliary and was Past President of Eagles Auxiliary.  Nina was a long-time and very active member of St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church in Hartford.  She held several church positions. 

 

Nina is survived by her loving son, Russell (Sandra) Lenz of Milwaukee, by her precious granddaughter, Caitlyn.  She is the dear sister of Ronald (Maxine) Ball of Michigan, Russell Ball of Michigan, Marilyn (Robert) Fields of Fond du Lac, Beverly Wahl of Milwaukee, Lorraine Hanmer of Milwaukee, and Velma Cole of Michigan.  Also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, in 2004, and by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. 

 

Visitation is Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 9-11 a.m. at St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church, 670 E. Monroe Avenue, Hartford.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Aidan’s.  Father Lars Skoglund will officiate.  Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hartford, WI. 

In keeping with Nina’s wishes, please omit flowers.  Instead, memorials to St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church would be appreciated.
