Elliott A. Deniger

March 7, 1920 - July 24, 2010

Elliott Arthur Deniger was born on March 7, 1920 to Arthur and Hattie (nee Kleindl) Deniger in the township of Westford, in Dodge County, Wisconsin. Elliott married Patricia L. Hartzheim on October 30, 1976 at Immaculate Conception Parish in Juneau, Wisconsin, by Father Joseph Weber.

His education was completed at a rural country school and St. Peter Catholic School. Elliott assisted his parents in Westford on the family farm. He worked for Stokley Canning Company and Aunt Nellie’s Canning Company. Elliott was employed by Dohemans Steps and Wood Products in Horicon. He was always willing to help a neighbor or friend.

Elliott was a member of the Knights of Columbus, The Eagles, and an officer in the Catholic Order of Foresters. He was a member of the Holy Name Society at Immaculate Conception Church.

Elliott enjoyed hunting and was an avid roller skater. He participated at antique power show events and toy shows.

Elliott is survived by his wife, Patricia and one aunt, Ruby Kleindl, brother and sisters-in-law, Mary Ruth Brady of East Troy, Mary Allen Hartzheim of Minocqua, and Joe and Rose Hartzheim of Horicon. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his Aunts and Uncles, Frances Kelindl, Lawrence Kleindl, Henry & Josephine Kleindl, and his Brothers-in-Law Paul Hartzheim, Jerold Brady and James Hartzheim.

Family will receive relatives and friends from 10-11 AM on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Horicon, Wisconsin. Memorial Service will follow at 11 AM at the Church. Rev. Michael Petrie will officiate. Interment at St. Peter Cemetery, Beaver Dam, WI.
