David C. Richards of Juneau was Born to Eternal Life Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the age of 54 years. He was born February 14th 1964 in Beaver Dam the son of Milton and Margaret (nee Becker) Richards. Dave was a graduate from Dodgeland High School. He worked for the Dodge County Highway Department until he retired in 2013. He was an avid hunter and member of Juneau Rod and Gun Club as well as Juneau Fire Department. He had many years of fond memories with friends going to the tractor pull in Tomah. He enjoyed traveling around on his Harley. Dave was a kidney survivor transplant after contracting Blastomycosis.
He is survived by his loving children: Marcus (Abby) Richards, Brittany (Fiancé: Colton Elliott) Richards, and his precious granddaughter Kinsleigh. David is also survived by his loving brothers and sisters: Dennis (Janet), Rebecca (Steve) Richards-Hack, Rita (Don) Vosters, Kathleen (Dennis) Matuszeski, John (Patricia), and Jane (Gary) Backhaus. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, uncles, and aunts.
Visitation Friday, October 12, 2018 from 5PM-7:30PM at the Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home, 150 W. Oak Grove St., Juneau and Saturday from 9AM-10AM. Funeral service will follow Saturday 10AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Juneau, WI. Memorials to the family will be appreciated.
