Ronald Lee Adkins

Ronald Lee Adkins of Hartford passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the age of 84. He was born on April 12, 1937 the son of Roscoe and Clara Adkins. (nee Caudill).
Ron and JoAnn (nee Wallace) were married November 5, 1955. Ron enjoyed working on cars and antique tractors but mostly enjoyed spending time at home with his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ron was a founding member of the Restored Antique Tractor club and also a lifetime member of the Allenton Lions club, which he was president of in 2000.

He is survived by his loving wife JoAnn Adkins (Wallace)of 65 years, his dearest children,
Michael (Kim) Prine, Jerry (Tammy) Rowell, Vicki Adkins, Lisa (Tim) Becker),
Hollie Adkins,  Rebecca (Ray) Carlson) ,grandchildren & great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters Una Eberfeld, Cheryl (Ken)Steinberg. Also survived by nieces’ nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents Roscoe, Clara, his brother and sister-in-law Gerald and Barbara Adkins and his brother-in-law Al Eberfeld.

Visitation is Thursday May13, 2021 at the Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home-Hartford from 3-5PM.  Funeral Service will follow at 5PM at the funeral home. Rev. Bryan McDowell will officiate.  Private interment.
