Stevie passed on Tues Feb 27, 2024, at his home. He was 34 years old.  He was the son of Tammy White, Stephen Carsey and also Johnnie Cisson (Stepdad)

Stevie had a larger-than-life personality and the heart to go with it. He made friends quickly anywhere he went. He would help anyone in need and would give you anything he had. He loved deeply and completely. His greatest love, most valued treasure. and proudest moments were in his daughter Jade Mae Carsey - the absolute light of his life.

Stevie was survived by his daughter, Jade Mae Carsey, and the woman he loved, Nicole DeClue

He was further survived by his parents, Tammy White, Stephen Carsey & Johnnie Cisson (Martha) his brother, John Votaw, his sister, Jessica Cisson (Baby Octavia) his aunt, Kim White, as well as many, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends too numerous to list. Always know he loved you ALL! 

He was preceded in death by all of his Grandparents, 5 uncles, 2 aunts, and too many good friends, as well as his beloved dog Wyley. Please, kiss them for us. 

The Memorial Service will be this Saturday, March 9th, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at The Cordova Civic Center located at  910 3rd Ave S. Cordova, IL 61242. They can not accept deliveries at the Civic Center, so please send any memorials to his mother Tammy White, 24821 178th Ave. N, Cordova, IL 61242.  She will be transporting them to the Civic Center for the Memorial.
