Timothy Roger Westeen

Timothy Roger Westeen, of Hartford, Wisconsin, loving husband, amazing father, and a true friend to many, died June 12, 2021 at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital at the age of 53 years.  After just over 7 years of receiving his double lung transplant, he completed his battle from the complications.  We are very blessed to have had him with us for the additional 7 years.

Tim was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 25,1967, son of Everett and Barbara (nee Zielinski) Westeen.  He’d always say “I’m a Christmas baby”!  He married his high school sweet heart, Kimberly (nee Jako) in 1998 and together they started a family. Tim graduated from Custer high school in 1986. He continued his education in college to become a computer technician. After working as an employee for several years, he decided to start his own computer repair company, S&H Systems.  He officially retired in August of 2020. 

Tim, was a very happy go lucky type of person.  He was always very helpful to others, a kind, caring person that was always there for you in your time of need.  His kids were his world. He loved cooking and teaching his kids how to cook.  He looked forward to spending quality time with his family by taking vacations with them as much as possible. He was a big-time movie fan and he also cherished quiet time listening to music.  He will be missed by so very many people!

Tim is survived by his wife, Kimberly, his children Zane, Simone and Laina, his parents and his sister Traci Klimpel.  He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his Grandparents Zeno and Mabel Zielinski and Everett and Josephine Westeen.

Visitation is Friday, June 25, 2021, from 9:30 -11:00 a.m., at Peace Ev. Lutheran Church, 1001 Center St., Hartford, WI. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m.  Rev. Aaron Steinbrenner is officiating. The family would like memorials to go to the American Lung Association.
