It is so touching to read about the long and satisfying life Marie lived. You can tell it was filled with love and purpose. We pray that the family finds comfort in their memories, and hope in the Bible's promises of a time when death will be no more. Revelation 21:3,4

I remember.
I remember visiting the farm and how she always let me “help” her make her famous upside down pineapple cake. She always had a hidden bottle of my favorite cream soda for me.
I remember how kind she was and her hugs.
I have a candle lit for my Aunt Marie in my heart.
Janie, what a wonderful daughter you were to your mom. I know you will miss her every day, but know in your heart that she had the best time living with you and your family. There is nothing like a daughters’ love and what a blessing it is to be able to be as close as you two were.
We never lose our loved ones. They accompany us, they don't disappear from our lives....we are merely in different rooms.
Rest in peace, Marie….you will be missed.
